Creating Your Digital Finance Project
Your final project must be typed. There will be two options you can use to do this: You can type it using a word document or you can type it using a google document. Follow the directions from your teacher on which option to use.
Option 1: Using Microsoft Word
1. Open the document by clicking HERE.
2. If the yellow bar at the top of the Microsoft Word window pops up click "Enable Editing"
3. Save to your school network or flash drive.
4. Edit your document from where you saved it.
5. Follow the instructions your teacher gives you (email or paper copy) to turn in the assignment.

Option 2: Using Google Drive
First, to access your google drive and save the document, click the button below. You can edit the document from any computer with internet access. The document will be shared with your teacher so they can always see your progress on the project.
Prepare your document: FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY
1. Open the document by clicking HERE.
2. If the yellow bar at the top of the Microsoft Word window pops up click "Enable Editing"
3. Save your document somewhere in your personal folder by pressing FILE-->SAVE AS. Save your document with your name, period and math teacher. Use the following criteria to name your document:

4. Access your google drive using the link above.
5. In the top left corner click NEW--> FILE UPLOAD.
6. Locate your file on your computer where you saved it and press OPEN.
7. The file should now appear in your google drive. Double click and then press OPEN. A new tab should open and you should be now able to view and edit the document.
8. In the top right corner OF YOUR NEW DOCUMENT press the SHARE button. (Document must be shared when opened to enable teacher to see edits/final product.)
9. In the box labeled "people" type in your teacher's email address.
10. Click DONE
Your document has now been created and shared with your teacher. When typing in this document, use only black type. Teacher comments will be made in red type.
